基督信徒のなぐさめ

ものは神の子供の集合体にして無私公平和愛慈悲の凝結なり、真正の信徒ありて教会あるなり、教会ありて信徒あるにあらず、信徒は自然に教会を造るものなり、あたかも同じ幹より養汁を吸収しつつある枝葉は一植物たるがごとし、人は真理を知るの力を有し、ただちに神の「インスピレーション」に接するを得るものなりとは余が基督教基本の原理と信ずる処なり、真理は真理の証なり、教会必しも真理の証にあらざるなり、教会は真理を学ぶにおいて善良なる扶助なるべけれども、真理は教会外においても学び得べきものなり。
